Our initial meeting is at our expense and comes with no obligation. It can be at a place of your preference. You can come us at our office in Tonbridge High Street, we can come to you at home or at work, we can talk on the phone or over the internet, whatever suits you best.
The initial meeting generally takes up to an hour depending on what areas you need to discuss. During this meeting we will talk about your current situation and your plans for the future. We will complete a document called a fact find that will help us to document our discussion. During this process will we prioritise your needs and discuss ways we feel we can potentially add value to your situation.
The next stage of the process is down to us and our research team. We will look into any existing polices you may have and carry out analyses to make sure we can find the best policy or scheme for you. This can sometimes take a number of weeks, as at this stage we may be relying on providers to return information we have requested.
Once we have finished the research process we then will put together a report that will confirm your current situation and have full details of any new recommendations we suggest you should make to help you to achieve your goals. When the report is ready we will be in contact again to arrange a meeting to discuss your new financial plan.
